so? If a qualified american citizen is qualified enough to run for president, then it is his cotltitunionalsy guaranteed right to do so. To say “he should have never ran for president” or to discredit third party candidates as spoilers is just as undemocratic as anything I can think of. If you believe in someone, you vote for them. Period.
